工作職責(zé)：Job Responsibilities
在為期12個月的實習(xí)計劃中，您將在生產(chǎn)，研發(fā)，售后進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)和進(jìn)行改善項目，以深入了解生產(chǎn)，研發(fā)，銷售等不同職能。
During the 12-month trainee program, you will learn and participate improvement projects in production, R&D, after-sales to gain an in-depth understanding of different functions requirement and challenge
該計劃包括三個階段，The program consists of three phases,
? 建立您的基礎(chǔ)：您將加入我們開始為期一周的行業(yè)知識，產(chǎn)品知識，職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的培訓(xùn)。
Build your foundation: You will join us to begin a week of training in industry knowledge, product knowledge, and professionalism.
? 探索新的視野：您將在選定的部門進(jìn)行3次職能輪換，了解業(yè)務(wù)流程，行業(yè)特點及客戶需求
Explore new horizons: You will take 3 functional rotations in selected departments to understand business processes, industry characteristics and customer needs
? 獲得戰(zhàn)略洞察力：您將參與一個圣東尼集團(tuán)現(xiàn)行跨職能項目來解決實際問題
Gain strategic insight: You will be involved in an Ｏngoing Santoni Group cross-functional project to solve real problems
參與圣東尼持續(xù)改善和數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型項目，包括流程優(yōu)化，成本項目管理，數(shù)據(jù)可視化，自動化決策項目等，以推動創(chuàng)新與變革，連接業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略與生產(chǎn)運營，提高效率與產(chǎn)出，快速反應(yīng)客戶需求，助力業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展。
Participate in Santoni's continuous improvement and digital transformation projects, including process optimization, cost optimize project, data visualization, automated decision-making projects, etc., to drive innovation and change, connect business strategy and production operations, improve efficiency and output, respond quickly to customer needs, and help business development.
